What do we offer?

INTRO SESSIONS

The Intro Session is a great way to see what and how we teach. We will help you gain an understanding of what we expect from our students and what they can expect from us. 

We will teach you the very basics and have some fun with our group activities along the way!

KIDS
CLASSES 6+

We deliver three separate kid's classes per week! One in Chipping Campden on Monday evenings, and then one in Evesham on Tuesday and Thursdays evenings.

In these classes, we cover:

. Fundamental Striking (Kihon)

. Fundamental Grappling (Tegumi)

. Comprehensive Sparring (Sogo Kumite)

. Forms and Form Application (Kata + Bunkai)

. Self Protection (Goshinjutsu)

ADULT

 CLASSES

We also deliver three Adult classes per week in our Chipping Campden location on a Monday evening, and our FMA Evesham location on a Tuesday and Thursday evening.

These classes focus on:
